Job Description

Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Manager to manage our Philadelphia distribution facility. As a Logistics Manager, you will lead and optimize end-to-end physical distribution activities including order processing, inventory control, warehousing, transportation, fleet operations, and logistics planning. You will play a critical leadership role by collaborating with headquarters logistics peers, local sales leadership, and customers to resolve operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives.What’s in it For You:Opportunity to lead logistics operations with regional or network-wide impactExposure to cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and headquarters teamsAbility to drive process improvement and innovation across supply chain operationsCareer growth within a global, industry-leading organizationA culture that values safety, sustainability, and operational excellenceWhat You Will Do:Lead all logistics and distribution activities for a medium-sized facility or region, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operationsManage order processing, inventory control, warehousing, transportation, and fleet operationsDevelop and execute logistics strategies to improve service levels, operational efficiency, and cost performancePartner with HQ logistics teams, local sales management, and customers to resolve issues and develop programs that enhance customer satisfactionDrive continuous improvement initiatives using data and performance metricsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsLead, coach, and develop a team of logistics professionalsOversee customer service functions where applicable, ensuring high service delivery standardsInterface with other operations functions to align supply chain execution with business objectivesMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Transportation, or related field8+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain managementDemonstrated experience managing logistics operations in a complex environmentStrong leadership and team management skillsProven ability to analyze data and implement process improvementsEffective communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience managing multi-site or regional logistics operationsKnowledge of fleet management and transportation optimizationFamiliarity with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS)Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement certificationExperience working in a global or matrixed organizationStrong customer-facing experience with a focus on service excellenceAnnual or Hourly Compensation RangeThe base salary range for this position is $120,500.00 - $180,700.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms.
