Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring an optimal match between talent and organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Proactively source, identify, and engage with high-caliber finance and accounting professionals through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking events.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and organizational culture to deliver personalized talent solutions.
- Candidate Evaluation: Screen, assess, and interview potential candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and alignment with clients' requirements.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a steady flow of potential matches for current and future client needs.
- Consultative Approach: Provide expert guidance to clients on market trends, candidate availability, and best practices in talent acquisition, fostering a consultative and strategic relationship.
- Interview Coordination: Facilitate the interview process, coordinating meetings between clients and candidates, and providing constructive feedback to both parties.
- Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Assist in salary negotiations, offer acceptance, and the candidate onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with candidates and clients, promoting Elevate Recruiting as the go-to executive recruitment partner.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent demand to remain competitive and provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; additional HR or talent acquisition certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an Executive Recruiter, with a focus in finance and accounting placements.
- Strong knowledge of the finance and accounting industry, with an understanding of roles and responsibilities in various sectors.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and attracting top talent through proactive sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and clients.
- A results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline processes.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to providing exceptional service.
