If you're dependable, coachable, and committed to doing quality work, we'll teach you the rest.CompensationPaid Bi-WeeklyTechnician Trainee: Starting at approximately $700/weekCertified Technician: $800/weekLead Technician: $900/weekCrew Leader: $1,000 to $1,100+/weekAdditional compensation includes:Performance bonusesCustomer tipsOvertime when applicableMost weeks are approximately 30 to 45 hours, depending on weather, season, and customer demand.Advancement and pay increases are earned through demonstrated skill, reliability, quality, leadership, accountability, and customer service.Raises are based on demonstrated performance, not annual schedules.A Typical DayYour day starts at the shop where you'll prepare equipment and review the schedule with your team. Throughout the day you'll clean windows, pressure wash homes, install window film or lighting, meet homeowners, and transform properties across Jacksonville.
